In Oroville, exit Hwy 70 East onto Oro Dam Blvd. Continue through town, and turn right on Olive Hwy. Follow Olive Hwy into the foothills, and turn right on Oakvale Ave. Follow Oakvale Ave., and when you reach the fork in the road, follow it to the left. At this point you will be on Mt. Ida Road and on the left hand side you will see the sign at the driveway for the Mt. Ida Mandarin Ranch at 845 Mt. Ida Rd.
